Construction begins on The Starlings residential project in Limassol

Construction work for "The Starlings," a new luxury residential complex, officially commenced on September 23, 2026, at the Limassol Greens resort in Cyprus. The project has already generated significant market interest, with pre-construction sales exceeding €15 million.

The development consists of three buildings, each featuring a ground floor and five upper levels. The complex offers a total of 126 units, including two- and three-bedroom apartments alongside six exclusive penthouses. The architectural design prioritizes expansive outdoor living through large balconies, integrating the structures into the natural landscape.
