Cyprus Consumers Association and Association of Cyprus Banks launch public information initiative

As part of this effort, the organizations released an informational video addressing key consumer concerns, including loans, interest rates, restructuring processes, and methods for preventing financial fraud.

The project establishes a formal communication channel between the two entities to ensure regular and responsible public updates. Marios Drousiotis, President of the Cyprus Consumers Association, emphasized the importance of addressing difficult questions relevant to the average consumer.
