Construction of Silicon Park, a mixed-use project by Imperio in Agios Athanasios, Limassol, is proceeding according to schedule following a signed contract with A&A Apostolides. The development features three residential buildings and 15,000 square meters of office space, with prices starting from €245,000 plus VAT. Over 50% of the properties have already been sold, including significant office space acquired by the Norwegian biotechnology company ImmunoPharma. The project emphasizes sustainable living with BREEAM certification, integrating residential, commercial, and leisure amenities.
