Imperio's Silicon Park development in Limassol reaches 50% sales milestone

Construction of the Silicon Park mixed-use development, located in Agios Athanasios, Limassol, is currently underway and proceeding according to the established schedule. Developer Imperio has officially signed a construction agreement with the contracting firm A&A Apostolides to advance the project.

The development comprises three residential buildings offering studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments, alongside two office buildings covering a total area of 15,000 square meters. Properties in the development are priced starting at €245,000 plus VAT. Over 50% of the available units have already been sold. The site is designed to offer integrated amenities, including a gym, a daycare center, co-working spaces, a restaurant, and a swimming pool, while its location is highlighted for its proximity to top private schools in Limassol.

Silicon Park has received BREEAM international certification, reflecting its commitment to high environmental performance standards. The project focuses on reducing residents' daily commute times by providing essential services and workspaces within the complex, positioning itself as a hub for both residential living and professional activity in the area.
