Photographic exhibition Storing Light opens in Limassol

Photographer Silvio Augusto Rusmigo is set to debut his exhibition titled 'Storing Light' at the NYX Hotel in Limassol, Cyprus. The opening event is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026, featuring a cocktail reception from 19:30 to 22:00. The exhibition will remain accessible to the public until October 10, 2026.

Storing Light' is based on the artist’s ongoing photographic project, 'Aspelia Naturalis,' which draws from years of observations and travel across the island. The curated collection features images from his award-winning publication alongside works being showcased to the public for the first time. The project aims to present Cyprus through an intimate perspective, highlighting its diverse landscapes, biodiversity, and cultural heritage, while encouraging a deeper connection between visitors and the natural environment.

As part of the exhibition's commitment to conservation, 15% of the total proceeds will be donated to the environmental organization BirdLife Cyprus to support their ongoing work.
