Coral Valley residential project approved in Peyia

Authorities in the Paphos district have cleared the way for the development of the Coral Valley residential project in Peyia. On September 24, 2026, the Environmental Authority issued a non-objection decision for the €11 million construction, which marks a significant advancement for the coastal area's housing sector.

The project involves the construction of 68 residential units, including two apartment blocks with 16 units each, a three-story building with 13 apartments, and 23 individual homes, such as villas with private pools. While initial construction work had commenced years ago under previous permits that have since expired, the project requires the reissuance of formal building licenses to proceed. Once all necessary permits are secured, the development is estimated to take approximately five years to complete.

The site is situated within a designated tourist zone, and the total capacity of planned swimming pools for the complex is 320.8 cubic meters. Future development remains contingent on receiving final building authorization, after which construction activity will restart to fulfill the long-standing vision for this residential expansion.
