Cyprus Social Insurance Services offer alternative payment methods due to CY Login issues

The Cyprus Social Insurance Services announced that taxpayers experiencing technical difficulties with the CY Login platform, which is required for online contributions via the SISnet system, can now pay their dues in person at District Social Insurance Office counters. This alternative payment arrangement will remain available until Friday, October 30, 2026.

While this accommodation has been provided, the authorities clarified that the standard legal deadline for contribution payments remains unchanged. Officials at the district offices have been tasked with assisting citizens with the identity verification process required to access the CY Login platform to facilitate future transitions to the digital system.
