Nicosia International Festival to host NIF Family productions in October

The Nicosia International Festival has announced its NIF Family program for October 2026, featuring two language-free productions designed for audiences of all ages. These performances utilize movement, humor, and visual storytelling to engage both children and adults.

On October 3, choreographer Ian Garside and actor Tomás Pozzi will present 'David and Goliath' at the Cyprus Theatre Organisation’s New Stage with performances at 11 am and 4 pm. The show interprets the biblical narrative through a playful and tender lens. Subsequently, on October 17, the Nicosia Municipal Theatre will host 'Souvenirs', a collaboration between the Mitsikouri Festival and the Nicosia International Festival. Created by Claire and Antho, this performance uses light, shadows, and video projections to explore themes of memory, loss, and personal history, centering on a man reflecting on his past.
