Lawyer for hypnotherapist in Georgios Mazonakis case disputes media claims

As part of the ongoing investigation into the death of singer Georgios Mazonakis, hypnotherapist Nasos Komianos has voluntarily cooperated with Greek authorities. His lawyer, Giannis Glykas, clarified that his client provided a statement to investigators last week following the detention of Ioanna Gaka and Ilias Theodoropoulos, despite not being officially summoned. The defense emphasizes that Komianos is currently not a suspect in the case.

Glykas strongly refuted public allegations involving his client, specifically addressing claims regarding a photograph sent by Gaka to the hypnotherapist featuring the singer at a Kolonaki clinic. The defense maintains that none of the details currently circulating in the media are officially included in the case file. He expressed concern that public scrutiny is attempting to frame an innocent party, noting that his client has not been charged with any wrongdoing.

The investigator will decide whether further testimony from Komianos is required. For now, the hypnotherapist continues his daily life as the legal process proceeds independently of public reports.
