Regulations permit clubs to sign players from other domestic teams on loan or recruit free agents who were unemployed by September 9, provided they did not participate in other transfers during the summer window. Clubs can only register such free agents in 'List A' if they have a vacant spot. The deadline for these specific player registrations and loan agreements is set for September 30, marking the final opportunity for teams to adjust their rosters for the current season.
