ELAM announces timeline for internal party candidacy submissions

The ELAM party in Cyprus has officially announced the schedule for its internal election processes following a meeting of its Electoral Committee. This decision, mandated by the party’s Central Committee, sets the timeline for electing members to Provincial Councils, the Central Committee, and preparing for the upcoming Regular Pan-Cypriot Congress.

Candidacies for the Provincial Councils and the 40 elected positions within the Central Committee are to be submitted on Monday, October 5. Separately, the submission process for the Regular Pan-Cypriot Congress is scheduled for Monday, November 2. Both events will take place at the party's central offices in Nicosia between 11:00 and 21:00. Eligibility for these internal processes is governed by articles 6 and 32 of the party's statute.
