Cyprus Society for Surgery of the Hand holds its first scientific conference

The Cyprus Society for Surgery of the Hand (CySSH) successfully concluded its inaugural two-day scientific conference on September 27, 2026. The event, which took place at the Minthis Resort in Tsada, Paphos, attracted over 100 medical professionals and researchers from both Cyprus and abroad.

The scientific program focused on advancing specialized education in hand and upper limb surgery. Key sessions explored modern surgical techniques, the restoration of tendons and soft tissues, complex wrist and forearm injuries, and the integration of new technologies into clinical practice. The conference featured a combination of lectures and practical workshops designed to foster professional networking and international scientific collaboration.
