Anorthosis Famagusta, Freedom24, and Freedom QJ League initiate academy development project
Anorthosis Famagusta, Freedom24, and the Freedom QJ League have officially entered a new phase of strategic cooperation focused on the modernization and development of the club's youth academy. The decision follows a recent visit to Cyprus by a delegation led by Freedom QJ League President Rokhus Shokh, who held working sessions with the club's management, academy directors, and coaching staff.
The project aims to integrate international expertise, advanced football analytics, and modern technology into the academy's training curriculum. A key pillar of the partnership is increasing international competitive exposure for young players, facilitating their transition to the senior team. The delegation presented the development model currently utilized by the Freedom QJ League in Kazakhstan, focusing on data-driven player evaluation and professional methodology.
All involved parties have agreed to immediately draft a comprehensive implementation plan. This blueprint, which seeks to adapt international best practices to the specific philosophy and needs of the Cypriot club, is expected to be finalized within the coming week.
