Apollon goalkeeper Philip Kuhn receives Stoiximan Top Save award

Apollon Limassol goalkeeper Philip Kuhn has officially received the Stoiximan Top Save award for the first matchday of the 2026/27 Cyprus League season. The award was presented by the Pan-Cyprian Footballers Association (PASP) following a fan vote, which recognized Kuhn’s performance during the opening round of league play.

Upon receiving the trophy, Kuhn expressed gratitude to the fans and highlighted his team's focus on future matches. Reflecting on the ongoing season, the goalkeeper noted the challenges faced by Apollon, including an early exit from European competitions and a series of injuries during the first four league matches, all of which were derbies. Despite these setbacks, he expressed optimism, noting that the international break has provided necessary recovery time for injured players, which will increase competition and depth for the team's upcoming fixtures.
