Bank of Cyprus wins 14 awards at Global Finance digital bank ceremony

The Bank of Cyprus has been honored with 14 awards at the 2026 World’s Best Digital Bank Awards, a prestigious international program organized by Global Finance magazine. This result represents an increase of three distinctions compared to the bank's performance in 2025, reflecting its ongoing success in digital transformation and SME banking.

At the European level, the bank secured two regional awards for Western Europe, including 'Best in Social Media Marketing & Services' for consumers and 'Best in Transformation' for corporate clients. Domestically, it maintained its leadership by winning the 'Best Consumer Digital Bank' award for Cyprus, along with seven additional honors in various subcategories. Among the new accolades are recognition for 'Best Personal Finance Management Solution,' 'The Social & Community Banking Award,' and 'Best User Experience (UX) Design.

According to the reports, the institution's digital growth is significantly bolstered by the functionality of its Jinius platform. The bank’s performance demonstrates a sustained focus on technological integration and service delivery, consolidating its position as a major player in the regional digital finance sector.
