Cypriot investment firm Demetra Holdings Plc has continued its share buyback programme, executing several transactions through the Cyprus Investment & Securities Corporation Ltd (Cisco) on October 2 and October 5, 2026. On October 2, the company acquired 1,507 shares at a price of €1.38 each. Subsequently, on October 5, the firm purchased an additional 4,514 shares, also priced at €1.38 per share, across four distinct transactions of 12, 727, 3,428, and 347 shares respectively.
These acquisitions were conducted in compliance with the regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. The buyback programme is rooted in a formal authorisation granted by shareholders during the company’s annual general meeting held on June 30, 2026. In related financial disclosures, Demetra Holdings reported that its net asset value per share reached €2.4980 as of September 30, 2026.
The firm continues to operate under the mandate provided by its shareholders earlier this year, with ongoing market activity monitored under established financial protocols. No further specific dates for future transactions have been disclosed beyond the ongoing execution of the authorized buyback scheme.
