Delivery rider robbed by group of ten in Larnaca
On the night of Tuesday, October 6, 2026, a 49-year-old food delivery rider was the victim of a robbery in the Larnaca district of Cyprus. At approximately 11:20 p.m., while the man was riding his motorcycle, he was intercepted by a group of ten masked individuals who blocked his path and allegedly brandished a knife, forcing him to abandon his vehicle and flee the scene on foot.
Following the incident, the victim managed to locate his motorcycle in a different area of Larnaca. Nearby, he discovered his food delivery bag, which had been set on fire. The victim reported to the police that the bag contained a sum of money and various personal documents.
