Oktoberfest returns to City of Dreams Mediterranean in Limassol

The third annual Oktoberfest celebration officially commenced at the City of Dreams Mediterranean resort in Limassol on the evening of Monday, October 5. The opening ceremony featured the traditional tapping of the first beer barrel, performed by Christian Gihr, President of the Cyprus-Germany Business Association, and Grant Johnson, General Manager of City of Dreams Mediterranean. This event has become a staple in the resort’s entertainment calendar, marking the third consecutive year of its operation.

Visitors are invited to experience a three-day authentic Bavarian atmosphere from Friday, October 9, through Sunday, October 11. During this period, the resort will offer a variety of select beers alongside a specially curated menu featuring traditional German cuisine and live entertainment. The event continues to serve as a bridge for cultural exchange, strengthening the long-standing tradition of Oktoberfest celebrations within the local entertainment landscape of Cyprus.
