Documentary about cyclist Savvina Koulle to premiere in Nicosia

The documentary film "Everybody Falls: The Road to the Top," directed by Andreas Kolokotronis, is scheduled for release this November at the Premier Cinemas in Nicosia Mall. The film chronicles the journey of Cypriot mountain biker Savvina Koulle as she prepares for and competes in "Mountain of Hell," one of the world's most demanding mass-start mountain biking events. The production follows Koulle from her months of training in Cyprus to her journey across Europe in a custom-fitted van.

The narrative focuses on the challenges Koulle faces, including an unexpected complication that forces her to start the final race from the back of the pack. Through interviews with family, friends, and fellow athletes, the documentary explores the dedication required for elite sports. All net proceeds from the film's campaign and ticket sales will be donated to the Karaiskakio Foundation, an organization supporting health and social causes in Cyprus.
