Apollon Limassol returns to league action against Krasava ENY

Apollon Limassol faces Krasava ENY on October 10, 2026, at the Ammochostos-Epistrophi stadium, marking the resumption of the league after a three-week international break. Having drawn three of their opening four matches, the team under manager Hernan Losada is aiming for its second victory of the season. The match serves as the first of a crucial three-game stretch, followed by fixtures against Nea Salamina on October 17 and Karmiotissa on October 25.

Manager Hernan Losada enters the match with an expanded squad as key players including Gasper, Ljubic, Brown, and Ozbolt have recovered from injuries and are available for selection. There is uncertainty regarding the starting lineup for international players like Malekkidis, Konomis, and Siikkis, who may undergo rotation due to fatigue from recent Nations League commitments.

Apollon currently seeks to improve its standing, with Losada emphasizing the need for consistency. Historically, the team has performed well at this venue, drawing inspiration from a successful run that began at the same stadium in December 2025. The match will also see the official debut of Guillermo Romo as the new manager for the hosts, adding an unpredictable element to the encounter.
