Omonoia prepares for the Cyprus league match against Karmiotissa

Omonoia has completed its preparations for the upcoming Cyprus League match against Karmiotissa, scheduled for October 9, 2026, at 19:00 at the Stelios Kyriakides Stadium. This game marks the start of the 5th matchday of the season. Following the international break, coach Henning Berg has integrated his players, noting that while international duties did not cause significant fatigue for most, he must carefully manage the team's upcoming schedule, which includes a Europa League match against Celje in Slovenia next Thursday.

The coach has a near-full squad at his disposal, including the latest signing, Georgios Viktoros. The only notable absence is Aiting, who is sidelined due to injury. A total of 12 players had recently returned from international duty, with varying levels of participation in their national squads. Berg emphasized the need for focus and effective workload management during this intensive period. The match will be broadcast live via Cytavision and will also be available for audio streaming on Omonoia TV.
