Pilakoutas Group hosts Defender off-road driving experience in Cyprus

On October 8, 2026, the Pilakoutas Group hosted the "Defender Experience," a curated event for automotive enthusiasts in Cyprus. The day commenced at the "King of Olives" site in Anglisides, where guests participated in a guided tour focused on local heritage and agricultural product manufacturing, followed by a communal breakfast.

The core of the event involved a specialized off-road driving program designed to demonstrate the technical capabilities and agility of the Land Rover Defender. The session was conducted under the direct supervision of a professional instructor sent specifically from Land Rover’s central headquarters. The instructor provided participants with expert training on advanced off-road driving techniques across diverse and challenging terrain in the Cypriot countryside.

This event served as more than a standard vehicle test drive, aiming to integrate automotive performance with an immersive cultural exploration of the local landscape. The participants utilized the opportunity to test the vehicle's latest technological systems in real-world conditions, effectively showcasing the iconic model's utility in rugged environments.
