University of Limassol participates in INSPIRE 2026 festival in Nicosia

The University of Limassol (UoL) supported the INSPIRE 2026 festival, which took place on October 7–8 on Makarios Avenue in Nicosia. The event served as a hub for founders, executives, investors, academics, and future leaders from Cyprus and abroad, facilitating an exchange of ideas regarding entrepreneurship and innovation.

The two-day program was structured across seven themed stages, featuring workshops, masterclasses, and sessions focused on startups, funding, artificial intelligence, sustainability, and the future of work. Dr. Maria Charalampous, the Program Director of the MSc in Occupational and Organizational Psychology at the University of Limassol, represented the institution by participating in a panel discussion titled “Jobs and Skills of the Future.”

By engaging in this initiative, the university aimed to bridge the gap between the academic and entrepreneurial communities. The event served to foster collaboration and open dialogue regarding the evolving landscape of education, professional development, and organizational management, complemented by networking spaces, live music, and street food.
