Levi Garcia included in Panathinaikos squad for derby against Olympiacos
Panathinaikos FC manager Jacob Neestrup has announced a 25-man squad for the upcoming derby against Olympiacos. The roster includes Pena, Chaves, Kotsaris, Calabria, Tsapras, Kyriakopoulos, Salah-Eddine, De Vrij, van Drongelen, Palmer-Brown, Katris, Kamara, Kangwa, Louza, Chirivella, Kontouris, Taborda, Ounahi, Jagusic, Pellistri, Antino, Levi Garcia, Tetteh, Dessers, and Rastoder.
The most notable inclusion is 29-year-old forward Levi Garcia, who was considered doubtful following a muscle tear injury sustained on October 2 during his international appearance for Trinidad and Tobago against Curacao. Although standard medical recovery for such injuries typically requires two to three weeks, Garcia has been cleared to play after responding positively to intensive daily treatment. The club had previously stated that his status would be re-evaluated on a day-to-day basis depending on his physiological recovery progress.
