Antri Karantoni launches new musical show Apopse Tragoudame on Alpha Cyprus

Television presenter Antri Karantoni is set to premiere her new musical program, titled "Apopse Tragoudame" (Tonight We Sing), on the Alpha Cyprus network. The inaugural episode is scheduled to air on Saturday, October 10, at 21:00.

The debut episode serves as a tribute to the renowned Cypriot composer Marios Tokas. The production aims to combine musical performances with personal reflections on the artist's life and work. Guests featured in the tribute include the composer's three children—Kostas, Angelos, and Chara—who will share memories of their family life. Musical performances will be provided by Kostas Makedonas, Rita Antonopoulou, and Dimitris Mesimeris. Additional guests joining the show include Kostas Kazakas, Eleni Efstathiou, Maria Ioannou, and Andreas Fylaktou.

Following the premiere, the program is slated to continue as a weekly series, airing every Saturday at 21:00 on Alpha Cyprus. The show intends to delve into both well-known and lesser-known aspects of the composer’s personality through storytelling and song.
