Emba Adult Activity Center celebrates fourth anniversary

On Sunday, October 11, 2026, the Emba Adult Activity Center celebrated its fourth anniversary with a special event held at the courtyard of the Panagia Chryseleousa Church in Emba. The event was organized to promote the values of volunteerism and social contribution, while highlighting the center's ongoing work within the local community.

The celebration featured traditional music performances by the 'Dias' group, consisting of musicians Panagiotis Charalambous and Dimitris Papadopoulos, alongside a dance performance by Rania Charalambous's troupe. These performances emphasized Cypriot cultural traditions. The event was also attended by the President of the District Self-Government Organization of Paphos, who used the occasion to underscore the significance of social solidarity and initiatives that strengthen community cohesion.

The four-year milestone serves as an opportunity to recognize the efforts of volunteers and staff who have supported the center since its inception. The ceremony focused on honoring those who contribute to the center's mission of providing resources and activity programs for adults in the region.
