Henkel and Alphamega Supermarkets conduct cleanup in Limassol

On September 29, 2026, Henkel Consumer Brands and Alphamega Supermarkets collaborated on two environmental cleanup actions at Tsiflikoudia beach in Limassol. The initiative was part of the broader Dixan program titled 'Clean in Depth, Clean at the Source', which aims to combat marine pollution.

Professional divers cleared the seabed of hazardous debris, including fishing nets and plastics that release microplastics. Concurrently, 20 employee volunteers, joined by television personality Tasos Tryfonos, collected waste from the shoreline and the surrounding habitat. The coordinated effort, supported by the non-profit organization AKTI, resulted in the collection of over 360 kilograms of waste from the coastal area.
