Neapolis University Pafos participates in the EMERGE alliance staff week in Norway
A delegation of 11 representatives from Neapolis University Pafos participated in the EMERGE European University Alliance Staff Week, which took place in Norway from October 5 to 9, 2026. The event was hosted by the University of Inland Norway (INN) across its campuses in Lillehammer, Evenstad, Hamar, and Elverum, bringing together representatives from all nine member universities of the alliance.
The delegation, which included the University’s rectoral authorities and administrative staff, engaged in various working group meetings and hybrid sessions. The agenda focused on improving institutional coordination, exchanging best practices, and advancing shared priorities, including governance, quality assurance, joint curricula, digital infrastructure, communication strategies, and student involvement.
The EMERGE alliance comprises nine universities from eight European countries, aimed at fostering deeper academic cooperation, expanding mobility opportunities, and strengthening the integration of higher education institutions with their local regions. Through these collaborative efforts, the member universities seek to standardize their operational frameworks and enhance their collective impact on the European educational landscape.
