Cyprus Red Cross and Lexus Cycling Dream Team announce Race of Love 2026

The Cyprus Red Cross Society and the Lexus Cycling Dream Team officially announced the 'Race of Love 2026' during a press conference held at the Red Cross headquarters in Nicosia on October 14, 2026. This charitable cycling event is scheduled to take place on November 6 and 7, 2026.

The challenge involves a demanding 165-kilometre off-road route that starts in Nicosia and concludes at the 'Stella Soulioti' Therapeutic Centre for Children in Limassol. The initiative aims to raise funds through sponsorships and public donations to upgrade the centre's infrastructure and enhance the specialized care services provided to children, young people, and their families.

President of the Cyprus Red Cross, Fotini Papadopoulou, emphasized the social significance of the event, describing it as a synergy between athletic endurance and human solidarity. The proceeds generated from the race are designated specifically to support the ongoing operations and development of the 'Stella Soulioti' facility.
