Kuutio Homes Pafiakos to face Omonia in the 33rd Allwyn Men's Volleyball Super Cup

The 33rd Allwyn Men's Volleyball Super Cup is scheduled to take place on Friday, October 16, 2026, at 20:00 at the Lefkotheo arena in Nicosia. This championship match marks the official start of the 2026-2027 season, featuring a contest between Kuutio Homes Pafiakos and Omonia.

Kuutio Homes Pafiakos enters the match as the title holder for the past two seasons, having achieved back-to-back domestic trebles under coach Giorgos Platritis. The team has won the Super Cup five times in total and is aiming for a third consecutive victory. Conversely, Omonia, led by coach Savvas Savvas, holds eight titles and seeks its ninth to tie the all-time record currently held by Nea Salamina. Omonia is looking to end a two-year drought without a major trophy.

The event will be broadcast live on RIK HD and streamed via AlfaSports.tv as part of a new partnership between the Cyprus Volleyball Federation and the Unitrust Media Network. For Pafiakos, this match serves as a precursor to their European campaign, as they are set to host Croatian side Mladost on Tuesday, October 20.
