Anna Vissi transitions to new professional chapter following split with Nikos Karvelas

Greek singer Anna Vissi is reportedly entering a significant period of professional transition following the end of her long-standing artistic collaboration with songwriter Nikos Karvelas. The split marks a major shift, as the duo had maintained a creative partnership spanning over four decades, defining much of Vissi's discography and public career.

Following this development, industry reports suggest that Vissi is exploring new collaborative possibilities for her future musical projects. Notably, musician Giorgos Sabanis has been mentioned as a potential successor and collaborator to help shape the singer's new artistic direction. Discussions regarding potential new partners are currently underway as the singer seeks to define her next steps in the recording industry.

Simultaneously, the rupture has sparked broader discussions regarding the management of Karvelas's extensive back catalog, with reports indicating that several Greek artists are currently adjusting their live performance repertoires in response to the changing professional landscape surrounding his music rights.
