Bialetti Industrie S.p.A. has issued a preventive recall for a specific batch of its 250g 'Perfetto Moka Ground Coffee Flavoured with Caramel' product. The recall affects only the batch identified by lot number LC5 BD149T, which carries an EAN barcode of 8006363076203 and an expiration date of May 29, 2027. Consumers are advised that products currently available on the market are not affected by this notice.

The recall was initiated following the detection of the mycotoxin Ochratoxin A at concentrations exceeding the legally established maximum permitted levels. Health authorities and the company emphasize that this measure is purely preventive to ensure consumer safety.
