AEK Larnaca maintains lead in the league standings

AEK Larnaca has secured the top spot in the league standings following the conclusion of the fifth matchday. The team, which began its campaign under head coach Ruben Selles shortly before the start of the championship, has demonstrated strong form and currently occupies first place. Sources indicate that Selles has successfully instilled his tactical philosophy into the squad, earning the support of both the players and the administration.

Following a significant break in the competition, AEK has maintained its winning momentum, solidifying its position as a serious contender for the championship title. The team's performance has been characterized by defensive and offensive stability, which has allowed them to outperform their rivals in the early stages of the season.

Looking ahead, the club is preparing for its next challenge against Aris. Aris is described as an unpredictable opponent with the youngest roster in the league this season. The management and staff aim to maintain the team's current high performance level as they continue their pursuit of the title throughout the remainder of the season.
