Obituary notices for two residents of Limassol

Two funeral services for long-time Limassol residents have been announced following their recent deaths. Georgios Odysseos, aged 81 and originally from Apesia, passed away on October 18, 2026. His funeral is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Holy Church of Saint Kosmas the Aetolian in Limassol. The family, including his wife Chrystalla and his children Odysseas, Thanasis, and Panagiota, has requested donations in his memory.

Additionally, Stella Christou, aged 90 and originally from Agios Ambrosios, passed away on October 20, 2026. Her funeral will take place on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the Holy Church of the Holy Cross in Omodos. She is survived by her children Chrysis, Elena, and Savvas, as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Both families have invited those wishing to pay their respects to attend the services.
