Cavalli Tower in Limassol wins Best Branded Residences Development award

The Cavalli Tower, part of the Limassol Blu Marine project developed by the Leptos Group, has been awarded the title of Best Branded Residences Development at the Europe Property Awards 2026. This international recognition marks a significant milestone for the landmark development situated on the Limassol seafront.

To celebrate the achievement, the Leptos Group released an AI-generated video featuring a stuntman performing a jump from the tower's penthouse to the beach, highlighting the building's architecture and Mediterranean location. The 30-story skyscraper is notable for being the first residential project in Europe to carry the Roberto Cavalli brand. Designed by the architectural firm Benoy, the tower integrates high-end fashion aesthetics with contemporary building structures.

Following the award, the development continues to emphasize its status as a luxury destination, combining Italian design elements with modern coastal living. The project is currently recognized for its unique integration of architectural sophistication and globally branded interior design.
