Limassol Blu Marine's Cavalli Tower receives international real estate award

The Cavalli Tower, located within the Limassol Blu Marine development in Cyprus, has been honored with the Best Branded Residences Development award at the 2026 Europe Property Awards. This accolade marks a significant international milestone for the project developed by the Leptos Group, highlighting the growing presence of luxury branded residences in Limassol.

Standing at 30 stories high, the Cavalli Tower is recognized as the first residential project in Europe to carry the Roberto Cavalli brand name. The development represents a collaboration between the architectural firm Benoy and the fashion house, integrating Italian luxury design with contemporary structural engineering. The tower is characterized by its use of refined materials, sculptural details, and high-end interiors that reflect the signature aesthetic of the brand.

To commemorate the award, the Leptos Group released a promotional video featuring an AI-generated stuntman performing a leap from the building's penthouse to the beach. The project continues to be marketed as a landmark waterfront development, leveraging both its architectural design and its association with the Roberto Cavalli fashion brand to attract international interest.
