Thanos Hotels & Resorts terminates partnership for Palm Beach Resort

Thanos Hotels & Resorts has officially announced the termination of its partnership with Premium Access Cyprus regarding the management of the Palm Beach Resort in Larnaca. The collaboration is scheduled to conclude in November 2026, marking a definitive end to the joint venture concerning the development, operation, and management of the facility.

Following more than 50 years of experience in the hospitality industry, the Thanos Group stated that this move represents a significant shift in the operational structure of its portfolio. While the company has confirmed that the partnership will not continue, it has not yet disclosed future management plans for the Palm Beach property. The group indicated that it will announce new collaborations in the near future as it continues to expand its tourism activities.
