Cyprus Property Week to hold second edition in Paphos
Cyprus Property Week, the island's first unified platform for real estate investment, is scheduled to hold its second edition on 31 October 2026. The event will take place at the Cyprial Maris venue in Paphos, bringing together key stakeholders including developers, investors, banking representatives, legal experts, government officials, and PropTech companies.
This follows the inaugural event held on 9 September 2026 at UCLan University in Larnaca, which successfully hosted approximately 100 industry professionals. While the first edition established a forum for broader market discussions, the upcoming Paphos program is specifically tailored to address regional priorities. According to organizer Andreas Ioanou, the agenda focuses on topics frequently raised by western investors, specifically hospitality and resort development, international buyers, new residential and commercial projects, and updates regarding tax regulations, ownership rules, and permit compliance.
The event aims to provide a centralized networking space for professionals, replacing the need for multiple separate industry gatherings. Organizers are currently accepting speaker applications for the session as they continue to refine the schedule based on feedback from the inaugural conference.
