Aris secures third consecutive win in Stoiximan Super League

On October 25, 2026, Aris Thessaloniki achieved a dominant 3-1 victory over Atromitos at Kleanthis Vikelidis Stadium during the 8th round of the Stoiximan Super League. All goals were scored in the first half, with Fabiano opening the scoring in the 4th minute, followed by Kouame in the 23rd and Petris in the 27th, while Serginho briefly equalized for Atromitos in the 9th minute. This result marks the third consecutive win for Michalis Grigoriou’s team, placing them in the top four with 16 points, while Atromitos remains winless near the bottom of the table with only 2 points.

The 8th matchday also featured other significant developments across the league. AEK Athens recently defeated Panaitolikos 5-0, narrowing the gap with the league leader, Panathinaikos, to just one point. Panathinaikos and PAOK were scheduled for away matches against Volos and OFI respectively, as teams continue to balance their domestic campaigns with European obligations. Meanwhile, the league continues to monitor disciplinary matters, including a potential three-point deduction for Volos. The schedule remains busy as clubs contend with injuries and fatigue from midweek continental competitions.
