Cypriot journalist Haroula Alexi baptizes her son

On Sunday, October 25, 2026, prominent Cypriot journalist and presenter Haroula Alexi and her husband, Giorgos Xydas, celebrated the baptism of their five-month-old son. The religious ceremony took place at the Saint George Church in Kapedes, the journalist's place of origin.

The infant was given the name Theodoros. The godparents of the child were identified as the journalist’s brother, Giorgos, and his fiancée, Miranda Apostolou. Following the baptismal ceremony, the family hosted a luncheon for relatives and friends at a local venue to commemorate the event.
