Primetel and VolunTree launch partnership for environmental action

Telecommunications company Primetel has announced a strategic partnership with VolunTree, which operates the first digital volunteering platform in Cyprus. The initiative aims to connect citizens, businesses, and organizations to foster collective actions focusing on environmental protection, animal welfare, and community support.

The collaboration will be inaugurated with a beach cleaning event scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2026. The event is set to take place at 11:00 at Lady’s Mile beach in Limassol. Primetel and VolunTree are inviting the public to participate in this initial joint effort, marking the practical application of their shared goal to turn social and environmental intentions into tangible results.

This partnership seeks to leverage digital tools to organize volunteer efforts more effectively. By utilizing the VolunTree infrastructure, the entities plan to maintain a sustained program of social responsibility initiatives moving forward, encouraging broad community engagement.
