Gas station owners warn of new fuel price increases

Savvas Prokopiou, president of the Pancyprian Association of Gas Station Owners, warns of further fuel price hikes in Cyprus if international oil prices remain between 110 and 112 dollars. He noted that current prices have risen significantly compared to previous weeks and highlighted the severe financial pressure on independent gas station owners. Prokopiou urged the government to increase heating oil subsidies and provide support for fuel-dependent businesses to ensure the survival of local gas stations.
