ÓRIS Fire Kitchen & Bar hosts The Clumsies for a special culinary event in Limassol

On October 21 and 23, 2026, the ÓRIS Fire Kitchen & Bar, located at Trilogy in Limassol, hosted the Athens-based cocktail bar team, The Clumsies. These two evenings marked a continuation of the ongoing collaboration between the two entities and served as a celebration of the first anniversary of the ÓRIS restaurant.

The events featured a curated menu pairing signature cocktails developed by The Clumsies with dishes created by Athenagoras Kostakos, the Culinary Director at ÓRIS. Guests, including media representatives and content creators, were served three specific cocktails: a Mediterranean Negroni, a fruity Paloma Raspberry, and a Garden Current Highball. The culinary experience was designed to showcase the fusion of professional mixology and high-end gastronomy.
