Vangelis Liolios detained in Korydallos prison

Former Hellenic Basketball Federation president Vangelis Liolios has been remanded in custody at Korydallos prison following a judicial decision. Reports from the television station Mega indicate that he is being held in cell Z3 of the sixth wing.

Liolios is currently sharing the cell with six other inmates, including Ilias Theodoropoulos, a doctor associated with a clinic on Karneadou Street linked to the investigation surrounding the death of singer Giorgos Mazonakis. With the arrival of the former basketball official, the total occupancy of the cell has reached seven individuals.
