IKEA launches ALPTALL children's collection in partnership with Nordens Ark
On October 29, 2026, IKEA introduced its new children's collection named ALPTALL, which draws inspiration from the wildlife and natural environment of the Himalayas. This launch marks the third consecutive year of collaboration between the retail giant and the wildlife conservation organization Nordens Ark.
The collection aims to foster a connection between children and nature by highlighting endangered species such as the red panda, the snow leopard, and Pallas’ cat. The product range includes soft toys, textiles, and various decorative accessories focusing on safety, quality, and affordability. Key items featured in the collection are reversible duvet covers with Himalayan landscapes, a flower-shaped cushion, and decorative wall stickers. Additionally, the line promotes creativity through activity books and coloring rolls, complemented by practical storage solutions for children's rooms.
The initiative serves to educate youth about global ecosystems while providing functional home goods. Both AlphaNews and the Cyprus Mail confirm the partnership's focus on combining educational play with thematic design.
