Let's Do It! Cyprus 2026 campaign to conclude with Athalassa National Forest Park cleanup

The 2026 Let’s Do It! Cyprus environmental campaign will conclude on Sunday, November 1, 2026, with a large-scale volunteer cleanup event at the Athalassa National Forest Park in Nicosia. Organized by the Together Cyprus environmental and social network, the event is scheduled to take place near the park's canteen, specifically located near the Karaiskakio Foundation side. Participation is open to the public, including families, students, and representatives from private and public organizations, with no prior registration or experience required.

Volunteers will be provided with free campaign t-shirts, gloves, and cleaning bags, subject to availability. This event marks the final activity of the national cleanup campaign, which is part of the global movement Let’s Do It! World. Since its inception in Cyprus in 2012, this initiative has become the largest of its kind in the country. The global movement behind the campaign has successfully mobilized over 139 million volunteers worldwide. Organizers have issued an open invitation to all citizens regardless of age to participate in the closing ceremony, which aims to promote environmental stewardship and collective action.
