Fabiano named as first ambassador of the Omonoia Foundation

On October 29, 2026, the Omonoia Foundation officially introduced Fabiano, the veteran 38-year-old goalkeeper for Omonoia, as its first-ever brand ambassador. The ceremony took place at the Rebuke Lounge in Larnaca, marking the beginning of his role for the 2026-2027 season.

During the event, Theodoros Krigkou, a member of the Omonoia Foundation's Board of Directors, explained that Fabiano was selected due to his character, integrity, and dedication to values such as respect, humility, and social solidarity. The appointment is intended to strengthen the bond between the foundation and the wider community, using the athlete's influence to inspire young people and encourage public participation in charitable initiatives.

As part of his inaugural commitment, the appointment coincided with a charitable donation of 24,000 euros to the 'Iliachtida Zois' foundation.
