Overview of upcoming cultural events in Cyprus

Recent updates from Cyprus detail a series of upcoming cultural events scheduled for late October 2026. The Theatro Lexi production, directed by Marina Vronti, explores themes of migration and family, featuring actors Christina Pavlidou, Vasilis Charalambous, Andreas Papamichalopoulos, and Stavriana Kadi. Concurrently, historian Stavros Panagiotidis will discuss historical myths and truths with Vangelis Gettos at the Peridiavasi bookstore in Livadia, based on his books published by Kedros.

In Nicosia, the International Festival features several performances at the Municipal Theatre. The show "All of (Y)our Time" by Konstantina Skaliounta focuses on the value of artistic labor, while choreographer Myrianthi Panagiotou presents "Residue," a performance exploring memory through movement and sound. Additionally, the French ensemble Quatuor Diotima will perform a program of classical works by Brahms, Beethoven, and other composers at The Shoe Factory in Nicosia on the evening of October 30th.
