Cyprus to host its first pet Halloween parade in Nicosia

Cyprus is set to host its inaugural Halloween parade for pets on Sunday, November 1, 2026. Organised by Glow and Beyond Events, the unique gathering will take place on Papaflessa Street in the Agioi Omologites area of Nicosia from 4pm to 6pm.

The event invites pet owners and their animals to dress up in Halloween costumes to participate in a festive afternoon featuring spooky-themed activities, socializing, and homemade dog treats. Organizers from Glow and Beyond Events emphasize that all pets and their guardians are welcome to attend the celebration. There is no entry fee for the event, though interested participants are encouraged to register their pets through an official online form to facilitate planning.

This parade marks the first time such an event has been held on the island, aiming to foster a sense of community among local animal lovers. By combining traditional holiday festivities with pet engagement, the organizers hope to provide a charming and wholesome outdoor experience for the city's residents and their companions.
