Cyprus Radiomarathon 2026 events and charity initiatives

The 2026 Radiomarathon in Cyprus enters its final phase with a series of events scheduled for November 2 and 3, aimed at supporting children through inclusion and unity. A 48-hour broadcast marathon will be held on the Third Radio Program, accompanied by a nationwide campaign featuring 14 collection kiosks and a volunteer walk concluding at the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC) gardens. A live television broadcast is also set for Monday, November 2, at 9:00 PM.

EKO fuel stations are participating in the initiative by donating all proceeds from car washes at five designated locations to the Radiomarathon. These locations include Athalassas Avenue in Nicosia, Kiti in Larnaca, Franklin Roosevelt Avenue in Limassol, Deryneia in Famagusta, and Spyrou Kyprianou in Kato Paphos. ALPHA Radio will host two live link broadcasts from the Nicosia and Kato Paphos stations to encourage public participation. These events follow recent activities, including a futsal tournament organized by CyBC and Erb Cyprus Insurance Holdings, as well as collection events at the Mall of Cyprus and Metropolis Mall in Larnaca.
